Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and orchestrate a sales process focused on fostering customer loyalty and generating referrals, going beyond mere parts sales.
• Supervise the end-to-end customer order process, guaranteeing a seamless journey from purchase to delivery.
• Effectively handle customer requests and address complaints, transforming challenges into growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance to the Parts Team, encouraging customers to engage with our online portal.
• Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels, implementing adjustments to consistently exceed expectations.
• Manage and conduct perpetual (cycle count) physical inventory checks to maintain the accuracy of our parts supply.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure the continuous and smooth flow of our operations.
• Facilitate the efficient processing of daily parts paperwork.
• Inspire and elevate the performance of our Parts and Warehouse teams through coaching and motivation.
• Identify and implement training initiatives to ensure in-depth product knowledge within the Parts Team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in parts sales and management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team-building.
• High-energy individual with a positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
